Quick! What's the first thing you think of when you think of a security breach? Usually the answer is some technical way someone's hacking into the network. Odds are, this isn't necessarily the case.  

More and more "hacks" are actually intrusions that start with a human breach. That is to say, they got in because a human didn't abide by proper "internet hygene". Social engineering is the term used to describe this concept.

This is great stuff to know, but the more important question is - are you doing all you can to make sure your users are educated and STAY educated about these vulnerabilities?
